I instinctively smack away any instance of "Not A. Not B. Just C." I see in practically every AI model's output. It's the new "delve."

That structure is everywhere right now. Every model does it. It's the "In conclusion" of 2026.

The worst part is when you catch yourself almost leaving it in because the rhythm feels right. Then you realize the rhythm only feels right because you've read it four thousand times this week.

"Crucial" is on my kill list too. Along with "notably" and "it's worth noting that."
