Love this post so much. Humour and education. It reminds me of one of my favourite pocasts. Smashing Security. Humour and security learning.
I restack a lot of stories written by other people for my second pub Code Like a Girl. Our goal is for people to read more stories by women in tech. When I share a story I use this prompt and it works almost every time.
"Write a note that will stop the reader from scrolling and want to read this story"
Then I paste the story in.
Usually I only need to make small edits to the note before posting.
Appreciate the kind words - and that's actually a solid use case. Using AI for the hook while curating human stories is exactly the kind of collaboration that makes sense. The content stays human. The distribution gets help.
You’ve nailed it. I just wrote an article on prompt graveyards like free pdf/course/anything graveyards of digital junk…but you’ve said it so much better and funnier.
Is that what happened to Kyle? He's into AI now? Last I heard he was into NFTs, then he was a 'virtual keynote speaker' during covid, mobile before that, then SEO.
Dude gets around...but really doesn't go anywhere.
That reminds me of the SNL skit with Ryan Gosling 😆
This is gonna sound so lame... but which skit?
You don’t know? You’re in for a real treat: https://youtu.be/jVhlJNJopOQ?si=mc3mdeTCAID4Om34 😂
How has this slipped my radar. Casualties of living abroad for so so long, I guess.
This is hilarious!
His business card says “SEO Ninja” in Papyrus font
Papyrus font, laminated, with "🥷" emoji in the email signature 🤣
🤣🤣🤣 Brutal

Different angles, same graveyard. You're naming where the bodies end up. I'm naming who keeps selling the shovels.

Kyle's always a little late to the latest grift 😂
Such a fun read. We all know a Kyle
Kyle is eternal. Every era gets the Kyle it deserves.
Thanks for reading!
